Application Fee
$39 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant.
Lease Qualifications
Credit, rental history, and income verification required. Results within two business days.
Lease Term
12-month standard leases.
Security Deposit
Security deposit equal to one month of rent is required to reserve your unit.
Move-In Requirements
One full month of rent is due at move-in.
Utilities
Residents are responsible for their own utilities.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with an additional $300 pet fee and $30 per month pet rent. Breed and size restrictions apply.
Rent Payment
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Online payments available through RentCafe or pay in person at any PayNearMe locations.
